To determine the price of goods with no export record, the sample should be sent to Rate Commission Located in the Executive Customs and then transferred to the Customs.

Issuing a Proforma

The proforma contains the following details:

• Seller name
• Address, phone number
• Fax number
• Proforma invoice number and date
• Buyer name and address
• Name and technical specifications of the product
• Quantity
• Unit Price – Total Price
• Payment Terms
• Place of Loading
• Shipment & Delivery Terms
• Proforma invoice validity
• Other terms of Country of origin

Packing

At this level, the exporter should prepare the goods according to the terms and conditions requested by the buyer and the type of goods, shipment, market conditions, and the agreed time.

Booking a vehicle

Shipment reservations must be made when the goods are ready to be loaded because the cancellation is damageful.

Inspection certificate

The goods should be sent the way the buyer wants, for that the relevant agencies will carry out the inspection, but if the goods are shipped safely the buyer will see the goods on site, and then the transaction will be made.
