Fully drawn yarn or FDY has a production process similar to POY, with the difference that it is fully arranged under stretching and thermal treatment.
It includes the range of scores from 50 to 1200 denier and can be produced in matte, semi-matte and glossy form.
FDY yarns can be produced in white and colored and are mainly used in home textiles such as furniture, curtains, etc.
FDY yarns can be used as raw materials for the production of twisted, Chanel and Rachel yarns, or in the same way used in warp and ring knitting.
