Rotary machine is a copy machine. Pictures we want to be printed on fabric wrapped curvedly around the cylinder. Rotary print can be used on different surfaces like Paper, cardboard, plastic and fabric.

Surfaces we want to print on can be in sheets or wrapped on a roll and after that be added to device.

In past when there was no Rotary machine we use Typography technique. In this technique desired text or image is engraved on embossed pages and then printed.

A simple two colors Rotary print machine uses two cylinders that each of them has different typography shape and ink systems. While they are printing, each surfaces gets two consecutive works from two different designs while the print machine is crossing.

Rotary printing stencils are made of nickel, and the reason for using nickel in their construction is that they can resist chemical and mechanical factors

Rotary print machine is faster than flat printing and also has more different type of stencil.

During the printing process, at first a roller crosses the fabric until it be fully straight after that it is placed on a blanket and goes to the stencil.

In rotary print printing paste pumps into the stencil and then transferred on the fabric surface by the Raquel.

Movement speed and positioning mattered so much in rotary print, not paying attention to this issue will causes disruption in the print design. Placement order of stencil Depends on color and kind of design, At first smaller designs with bright color and step by step stencils with complex designs and darker colors.
