BCF (Bulk Continuous Filament) is one of the bulky yarns that is produced from the process of melting polypropylene yarn in the extruder and passing the molten polymer flow through the filament maker and being subjected to tension.
After passing through the texturizing area, these strands become puffy and voluminous under the pressure of hot air and overfeed.
According to the number of filaments, the grades that can be produced can be between 1000 and 3000 denier. These threads are used in cases where a high coverage factor is required.
It is widely used in various industries such as machine carpets, rugs, carpets, etc.
